Job Description:
1. Develop and implement company management system policies to ensure that the company's quality, safety, and efficiency achieve expected goals;
2. Establish and maintain the company's quality, safety, and efficiency management system, and ensure its effective operation;
3. Lead and train the internal system team of the company to ensure that employees possess relevant skills and knowledge, and improve the overall performance of the company;
4. Ensure that the company's various businesses comply with regulations and standards, and maintain the company's reputation and image;
5. Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to solve related issues and ensure the normal operation of the company's various businesses;
6. Regularly conduct internal audits to continuously improve the company's management system;
7. Responsible for reviewing and updating the company's management system to meet the company's development needs.
• More than 5 years of work experience as a system manager or related field, with priority given to those holding an external auditor certificate.
• Requirements for familiarity, safety, environmental protection, and efficiency management systems.
Training on ISO9001 and other aspects
• Having good communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues from other departments.
• Strong leadership and training skills, able to manage and motivate employees within the company.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to independently or assist in resolving internal issues within the company.
