Global Sustainability Team Member/Coordinator - HWASEUNG VINA

Job Purpose:

The Sustainability Team Member/Coordinator supports the implementation of Hwaseung’s environmental sustainability strategy across its global factory network  The role focuses on environmental data management, KPI tracking and supporting the factory teams as requested, compliance support (GHG inventory and verification), and coordination with factory teams to ensure accurate, timely, and complete reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Environmental Data Management & Reporting
   1. Coordinate with factory representatives to ensure timely monthly submission of environmental data (energy,water, waste, emissions) to the Hwaseung Sustainability Platform.
   2. Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and followup on missing or inconsistent submissions.
   3. Maintain organized records of submitted data and supporting documentation.
2. GHG Inventory & Verification Support
   1. Support collection of monitoring data, supporting files, and evidence required for GHG inventory preparation and third-party verification.
   2. Ensure proper documentation is maintained in line with internal systems and standards .
   3. Assist in data consolidation and preparation for internal and external reporting (most templates exist and just need data updating).
3. Renewable Energy & I-REC Coordination
   1. Serve as the receiving point of solar energy invoices from RTS operators.
   2. Support internal processes for I-REC (International Renewable Energy Certificate) redemption and issuance upon factory request.
   3. Maintain records of renewable energy usage and certificates.
4. Factory coordination & Communication
   1. Act as a point of contact between the Global Sustainability team and factory representatives.
   2. Support coordination of requests, data collection, and follow-ups across multiple sites.
   3. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
5. Administrative & Operational Support
   1. Support business trip arrangements for the team or your own business trip when necessary, meeting coordination, and internal logistics.
   2. Maintain organized filing systems for sustainability-related documents.
   3. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications & requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree from any field. It will be an advantage to have a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business,or  English.

Experience:

●     0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)

●     Experience with working in manufacturing industry, environmental data, reporting, sustainability-related work is a plus

●     Experience in multi-team coordination or working with factories/manufacturing environments is preferred

Language Requirements:

●     Vietnamese: Native/Fluent (majority of the factories are located in Vietnam)

●     English: Working proficiency (written and spoken)

●     Training will be provided on Sustainability Systems, data platforms, and internal processes
