In this role, you will be a supporting in HEINEKEN Vietnam sustainability strategy and reporting.
From this internship, you will be able to:
- Learn about what is sustainability and its role in business performance from one of leading companies.
- Learn how to manage and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to drive company’s sustainability strategy and delivery.
- Participate and expand your sustainability network and build relationships for your future employment in sustainability, one of fastest growing jobs.
- Motivate to expand your capability boundary as the better you perform the bigger impact you create.
Your job will cover, but not be limited to:
- Be a coordinator in implementing a sustainability awareness-building program for relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange and manage logistics (contract, payment, design, production, etc…) as required for sustainability awareness-building activities.
- Be a coordinator in collecting, tracking, reporting, sustainability data and information assurance, report & communication.
- Collaborate with the communication team for sustainability communication.
- Develop slide decks to update and share Sustainability data and stories.
- Coordinate with relevant sections for employee engagement initiatives relating to sustainability programs.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Current third/final year students studying for a bachelor’s degree
- GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4
- Willing to take 6 months duration & ready to start in Jan/March 2026
- Proven high quality of work during university study or extracurricular activities. Experience in social or environmental projects is a plus.
- Excellent English written communication and be able to communicate in clear manner
- Demonstrate curiosity, independent thinking and proactiveness
- Embrace learning & growth, open to feedback & continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Design skill (Canva, AI, Ps), Video editing (Capcut).
