Occupational Safety and Health SpecialistJob Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for conducting ISO system certification audits, HIGG verification
audits, and follow-up improvement tracking.
2. Establish and implement safety policies; conduct Risk Assessment, Hazard
Identification (HAZID), and accident investigations (Root Cause Analysis).
3. Conduct on-site safety inspections, contractor management, equipment
verification, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
4. Organize fire drills and evacuation exercises; establish SOPs and LTA/NEAR MISS
reporting systems.
5. Ensure compliance with environmental management regulations, including
wastewater, exhaust gas, solid waste management, and VOC/noise monitoring
procedures; assist in environmental audits, ESG documentation, and
government inspection document management and improvement reporting.
6. Manage documentation and systems; capable of writing SOPs, SIPs, accident
reports, risk assessment reports, and training materials.
7. Familiar with EHS KPI monitoring (TRIR, Severity Rate, Near Miss, etc.); able to
manage cross-cultural teams and enhance safety awareness among employees.
8. Develop and conduct safety training programs (new employee orientation,
special operations training).
9. Problem-solving and improvement: able to use RCA tools (5 Why, Fishbone),
safety statistical analysis, and propose improvement plans.
10. Possess hazard prediction skills and the ability to determine risk priority levels
(Risk Ranking).
B . Job Title: Sustainability SpecialistAbout the Sustainability Specialist
The Sustainability Specialist will work closely with the company's Development
Department and is responsible for fulfilling national and international labor and
sustainability regulations regarding textile manufacturing. The work supports the
company’s goal to become net zero by 2030.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Development Department and the Sustainability Department at
Taiwan HQ to support the requirements of clients and local regulations.
- Understand and support the implementation of labor safety and related training on-
site.
- Evaluate and foster labor safety and health operation procedures, regulations, and
documentation.
- Support and complete factory audits such as SLCP/IEM/IEEM/HIGG/RCS, etc.
- Communicate with clients and the government regarding social and environmental
topics.
- Support traceability programs to track and record material usage.
