STEP 1: Prepare your documents
Students should prepare all required documents according to UEH’s instructions https://dsa.ueh.edu.vn/hoc-bong/htht-hkc2026-k52dhcq/
STEP 2: Apply online
Access: student.ueh.edu.vn
Time: 17/8/2026 – 02/9/2026
After this deadline, the system will be locked, but students may still bổ sung supporting documents if requested by UEH.
STEP 3: Application review
– The scholarship office will review applications based on the online supporting documents submitted by students
– UEH will notify students if they need to bổ sung their documents (if necessary)
On 08/9/2026: Check the list of students provisionally eligible for the Learning Support Scholarship on the website: https://dsa.ueh.edu.vn/hoc-bong/hoc-bong-ho-tro-hoc-tap/
STEP 4: Submit hard-copy documents– Applicable to K52 students who have submitted their HTHT scholarship application online
– Submit at Room A0.02 – UEH Nguyen Dinh Chieu Campus
– Time: 04/9/2026 and 07/9/2026
The hard-copy application must match the online application that was submitted.
STEP 5: Check the official result
– Visit dsa.ueh.edu.vn to view the announcement If the original documents are not submitted, UEH will consider that the student has declined to continue the scholarship review process.
