On June 30, 2026, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), establishing a collaborative framework for the co-development and delivery of cooperate agreement to develop professional certificate programs in sustainable development.
Under the agreement, the UEH Sustainable Finance Institute (SFI-UEH) has been designated by UEH as the lead unit responsible for implementing the partnership. Specifically, SFI-UEH will lead the academic development, coordinate and manage the programs, develop and deliver the face-to-face (offline) training components, and oversee the academic quality of the entire program.
ISCA will provide the online learning platform, develop and manage the online learning materials and assessments based on the syllabus jointly agreed upon by both parties. Upon successful completion of the program and fulfillment of all academic requirements, participants will be awarded a UEH–ISCA co-branded professional certificate in accordance with the program regulations.
